3. Account Registration

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy
• Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. AI and Extraction Accuracy

Our AI-powered extraction tools provide estimates and suggestions. While we strive for high accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all outputs. NetZero Expert is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content created by us, is owned by NetZero Expert and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETZERO EXPERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
