International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. For EU/EEA users, we ensure appropriate safeguards:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Data Processing Agreements with all sub-processors
- Additional technical and organizational measures
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. After account termination, we delete personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
